Therapeutic Approach
Wise Heart Healing uses a holistic approach - connecting the mind, body, and spirit to assist in healing childhood wounds. Blending evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance Commitment Therapy with energy healing practices like sound baths and yoga to rewire the brain and body from the trauma stored within.
